Thomas Chalmers (1780-1847) was the most prolific pastor/teacher that Scotland has ever known, and one of the worlds most prolific. As I have said on other posts, Chalmers is now reduced to a mere footnote in American evangelicalism, a sad commentary. If you wish to read more of his life and work click here.
